Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Scramble: Word Trace mobile game ("Scramble"). By downloading or using Scramble, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Scramble for your own entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Acceptable use

• Don't cheat, exploit, or manipulate scores or the leaderboard.
• Don't use offensive or infringing display names.
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.

We may remove leaderboard entries or restrict access if these rules are broken.

Scramble Pro subscription

• Scramble Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed at $4.99 per month (price may vary by region and is shown in-app before purchase).
• Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

The free version of Scramble — including core gameplay, score-saving, and the global leaderboard — remains available without a subscription.

Intellectual property

Scramble, its logo, design, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Scramble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Scramble after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
